BSBWHS413 - Contribute to implementation and maintenance of WHS consultation and participation processes
Under WHS Harmonisation Laws, all employers have a duty to consult with their employees. This obligation may be met by properly training supervisors or by establishing an WHS Committee or an WHS representative. Supervisors, safety committees and safety representatives must be trained in order to understand their role and to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
This is an accredited course that will satisfy this requirement.
